NJ Artisan Contractor Program
Farm Family Underwriting Services has announced significant changes in their underwriting approach regarding construction operations in New Jersey.
Please refer to the list on the left for the "preferred" construction classes.
In order to submit new business to underwriting for approval, a pre-submission questionnaire must first be completed and receive approval from the General Agent. Clicking on the appropriate picture on the left will direct you to the necessary form, and automate this process.
PLEASE NOTE: This program is designed for small-midsize artisan contractors. Farm Family has defined the parameters as less than 10 employees, annual gross receipts less than $2M and subcontracted operations less than 25%.
